OUR INTENTION
The mission of the Nourished and Nurtured Foundation is to provide nutritious, clean, high frequency supplements, and nutritional programs to the planet. The fuller expression of this intention is specialised and personalised holistic healing retreats and workshops to expand, uplift, recharge, and renew.
Our intention is clearly focused on supporting others to live a healthy and vital life with awareness, vibrancy, joy and happiness. Everyone, everywhere deserves to be the best possible version of themselves.
